The Best Female Celebrity Hair Styles of 2010

We have all been there when we woke up in the morning and no matter what we did... our hair just wasn't in the mood. We'd flap it up, gel it up, sweet talk it up and finally it would be coerced...until to flop back down into its ugly flop of a bad hair day mess.

And so it came that we said our goodbyes to 2010. With it we had the good and the bad. We had some pretty bad hairstyles but we have to keep the negative balanced with the positive. Here's the lucky ones who managed to stay out of 'pretty bad' category.

Solange Knowles

Natural Hair: Any black female that has enough confidence to embrace her natural hair deserves a round of applause in my book. Hopefully Solange will inspire many young females to let go of the precedencies set by society and do the same.

Kim Kardashian &Taylor Swift

Bangs: Kim Kardashian is known for this look. She pulls off bangs very well as they highlight her wide, bright eyes. Taylor Swift on the other hand doesn’t always wear bangs but she looks great in them as well!

Halle Berry

The Pixie: Halle Berry’s short cuts always look fabulous. Her high confidence and gorgeous cheekbones make her look flawless.

Rihanna

Color: Like it or not, Rihanna is fierce trendsetter in the entertainment industry. From her clothing down to her nails, she’s fearless when it comes to her style. Her red hair was no different. I’m still on the fence about it but she wears it well.

Willow Smith

Shaved Edges: 10 Years old and already sparking up discussion about her style. No doubt about it; when Willow Smith gets older she will be unstoppable and untouchable when it comes to style and flare!

Beyonce

Honey Blond Curls: Beyonce never looks bad on the red carpet. Here she is sporting her trademark honey blond curls.

Keira Knightley

Bob: Kiera Knighley has been through many changes this year, her hair being no exception. Check out her cute bob.
