Lady Gaga's Stays Sexy with her Ultimate Healthy Diet

As much as Gaga loves to ‘strut her stuff’ and perform partially naked, it is essential for her to remain in shape as well as BE healthy and look it. How does she do it? Her amazing diet is to take credit for her awesome svelte figure.

Gaga feeds on things such as hummus, tofu, and cold meats such as turkey. Since New Zealand’s accident in which she fainted during a concert, Gaga became extremely anal about maintaining a healthy routine. She gets plenty of support and help from her choreographer LaurieAnn Gibson.

Gibson explains Gaga’s meal plans:

"It's all about salsa with grain chips, tofu, turkey slices, hummus and coconut water,"

We cannot forget the excessive routines of working out and well as practicing for shows. Let’s not all be naive and think that when we go home to snack on hummus that the next day our pants will be one size bigger... no wishful thinking please.

With high demands of performing and Monster Ball tour Gaga has alot on her plate. No pun intended. She is however doing a great job and looks awesome!
