Sean “Diddy” Comb only want young hot chicks working for him; 12M Dollar Discrimination Lawsuit
Sean “Diddy” Combs has employed numerous people and has in turned fired many more. On Wednesday September 1, 2010, a New York City woman taking claim for helping launch Sean Combs’ career filed a lawsuit against him. She claims she was fired because of her age.
Francesca Spero, a fifty-one-year old former employer of Bad Boys Records, filed a $12 million Manhattan federal-court age discrimination lawsuit against the rap mogul claiming she was illegally fired in March from her job as a senior vice president of his Bad Boy Entertainment.
The lawsuit says that Francesca, after meeting Combs in 1988 introduced him to the Hip-Hop mogul Russell Simmons and Uptown Records. It also says she has worked for Bad Boys Entertainment for 12 years she was fired in March.
The lawsuit says Spero was fired after having hip surgery and confiding to an executive that she was treated for a drug dependency relapse.
A publicist for Combs says "there are many reasons why Ms. Spero is no longer employed by Bad Boy, but age discrimination is not one of them."
Who knows? Diddy is a man that likes to keep him image young and fresh, why would he want a old lady who has hip surgery working for him when he can get hot young girls?
