Tiny 420 SqFt Apartment Transformed Into A Spacious Eight Rooms Living Quarters
Found this awesome gem on one of my favorite tech site, Gizmodo. Living in New Jersey and having a close friend that is a real estate agent in New York. He always talks about selling 500 SqFt apartments and smaller. I think to myself, how the hell can people live like that!
Well there is a way - Graham Hill, entrepreneur, treehugger.com and Life Edit founder, came up with an ideal New York apartment that turned a small apartment into a very spacious and functional home that is very hip and cool. Using slides, tracks and some very creative space saving shelves. He turned this apartment into a full kitchen, guest room with bunk bed, dinning with large table and much more.
New York is known for having small apartments but they are on very high due to people wanting to be in the happening. This idea of turning small spaces into comfortable living space can be a very useful tool and can boost real estate prices, even more than they ridiculously are in New York.
Check out the video, nothing I saw can explain how awesome this design is.
