AT&T BlackBerry Bold 9800 Slider arriving June
RIM has realized how valuable touchsceen phones are in the market, they also realize that there is a difficulty when it comes to typing so in order to fix that problem they followed in the footsteps of the Palm Pre and released full touch screen with a slide up QWERTY handset.
The phone which is set to be released the same date as Apple's next version of the iPhone, will be carried by AT&T mid June. AT&T apparently ordered more than 1,000,000 units condifident that this is a seller.
The smartphone will be an exclusive with the carrier for a short period of time, somewhere between 3 to 6 months.
