Wives spend a working week each year nagging their husbands

British wives that is, ahem. A study was conducted and what was discovered was truly shocking, the average woman moans and groans at their men for more than two-and-a-half hours a week about helping around the house or cutting back on alcohol consumption.

I am beyond shocked, well as a woman… Anyways, if you do the math it comes out to a total of 11 hours a month concluding a five and a half days or more than one working week per YEAR. Gasps!

Most common complaints were not tidying up the house or doing the dishes – which by and by I can testify, strong pet peeve…TIDY UP WILL YA! Other complaints were spending too much money, not being romantic enough, and of course NOT paying attention and listening when they are busy nagging. Minor things that were complained about were drinking too much, their husbands’ diet and not sorting their clothes for washing.

The study, which were conducted on 3000 Brits, revealed 86 percent of men get nagged by their other half, and in which one in five claim their misses goes on at them ‘all the time.’ On a reflective note, the women had no shame admitting as 87 percent shamelessly admitted to giving their partner a hard time. Ladies, ladies, ladies!

A spokesperson for the Everyman campaign stated:

"It seems all men are on the receiving end of some nagging from time to time. And I'm sure many women will say that's the only way to get a man to do something. While it's normally over trivial things such as helping out more with the kids or tidying up after themselves, women also pester their men to get them to think about more serious issues in their lives."
