Moira Johnston is not the average woman you see every day walking around NYC, she actually walks around topless.
Walking around NYC topless to Johnston is the act of being a freedom activist, she is demonstrating that women should be able to walk around and bare their tops similar to men. She goes on stating that their is a negative stigma placed on women breast making it viewed primarily as a sexual tool.
