You know how they introduced those full body x-ray scanners at airport security—the ones that pretty much show what you look like naked?

Well, you’re not going to believe this, but some pervy TSA agents are actually using these naked lady machines inappropriately.

Who could have seen that coming? (Put your hands down, libertarians.)

The latest (yes, latest) apparent incidence of inappropriate body scanner was reported this week by an attractive wife and mother of three from Dallas, Texas.

Ellen Terrell told CBS 11 in Dallas that she and her husband, Charlie, were going through security at the DFW International Airport when she was “randomly selected” for the additional and more evasive x-ray screening. At first she thought nothing of it, and probably even enjoyed it when a female security agent commented that she had a “cute figure.” But then things started to get fishy.

They told her she would have to go through the scan a second time, because the first image was blurry. Then they said, oh, wait, still blurry. One more time, please. After the third scan, Terrell says she heard the female agent say into her microphone to the guys in the back room looking at the naked images, “guys, it is not blurry, I’m letting her go.”

So yeah, busted! I believe the lawyers call that "sexual harassment."

This is apparently not the first complaint the TSA has received a complain from a woman who believes she was being ogled by pervy security guards. In fact, this is such a common problem that the TSA is in the process of replacing the current imaging systems in the 600 screening machines around the country with ones that provides far less detailed pictures.

Of course, this only begs the question: if that’s possible, why didn’t they just go with the less-invasive imaging systems to begin with? It’s not like you couldn’t see this being a problem.
